1. Service Overview

HiddenFeeAI (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI-powered forensic document analysis platform that analyzes uploaded documents for hidden fees, deceptive pricing, suspicious language, and related financial risks. The analysis generates an evidence-based report including findings, citations, and negotiation recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using HiddenFeeAI, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

• —The fee for a single document analysis is $29.99 USD.
• —Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
• —All prices are denominated in US Dollars. Your bank may apply foreign transaction fees.
• —Payment is due upfront before the analysis begins. No recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.
• —We do not store full credit card numbers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• —Upload only documents that you own or have the legal right to analyze.
• —Not upload documents containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• —Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the analysis platform.
• —Provide accurate payment information and not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• —Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

• —Uploading documents containing illegal content, trade secrets, or classified information.
• —Using the service to defraud, scam, or mislead third parties.
• —Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or compromise the analysis system.
• —Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform without written permission.
• —Reselling or redistributing analysis reports without authorization.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• —AI-Generated Analysis: HiddenFeeAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents. While we strive for accuracy, the analysis is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial or legal decisions.
• —Not Legal or Financial Advice: The output of HiddenFeeAI does not constitute legal or financial advice. You should consult with a qualified attorney or financial advisor before making decisions based on our analysis.
• —No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that hidden fees will be detected in every document, nor that any detected findings will result in recoverable savings.
• —Limitation of Liability: HiddenFeeAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of this service.
• —Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis giving rise to the claim.

7. Data Handling & Privacy

• —Uploaded documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• —Documents and extracted text are automatically deleted after the analysis is complete.
• —We do not sell, share, or use your documents for AI training purposes.
• —We collect only the minimum data necessary to process the analysis and payment.

8. Intellectual Property

The HiddenFeeAI platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by HiddenFeeAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the documents you upload. The analysis report generated is provided for your personal or business use and may not be commercially redistributed without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
